Jobs were raining in the Nirmala Campus in the placement season. I myself has received multiple offers from Shriram Finance, Vedik lAS etc With much more companies to come in, I am sure, I am going to land up in one of best companies, I can dream of.
Starting with a certification in advanced excel, we have received the training in almost all software tools which are currently used in the industry which included Power Bi, SQL, basic python and advanced python modules like NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib. The training has been delivered with hands-on experiences, where we have done the learning by doing. The training which we have received in communication has further boosted our confidence to get into the real corporate world.
The best thing which I would recollect while doing my MBA in Nirmala is the kind of corporate exposure we got. We have received ample opportunities to learn directly from the Industry as some of the doyens in the industry has come down to our Campus and interacted with us. While three out of the Big 4, namely KPMG, Ernst & Young and Deloitte has visited us, I have galed mostly from the multiple visits from Ernst & Young officials, in which they advised us about the key competencies to imbibe to have a successful career in the corporate world.
The key differentiating factor for us in MBA at Nirmala is that we had the unique opportunity to get trained under a full time MBA graduate who worked in the renowned corporates for more than 15 years. While the course was made more demanding, this unique experience has made a world of difference for us. While the course was made more demanding and rigorous, each hour in the college counted and opened a plethora of new learnings for us. I believe, I got this opportunity only because | opted for Nirmala and this is something which only Nirmala MBA students can be proud of.
