Residential Placement Training

The NCMS organized a Residential Placement Training on 15th to 19th December 2025 at Vagamon. The sessions was led by Mr. Jayesh J L (Chief Trainer, Jay’s academy), Mr. Manoj Kumar (Experienced Pedagogical Trainer), Mr. Balamurali K (HRD Trainer), and Mr. Marcus Dare (Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Trainer). 4th semester MBA students attended the program and actively participated, gaining practical tips to enhance their competitive readiness.
